Dirty Birds TCD provides structure, organization, and dispatch workflow tools designed to support dispatchers in managing carriers, tracking loads, handling paperwork, and maintaining organized communication.
This is not a job application and does not create employment with Dirty Birds TCD.
What We Provide
Approved dispatchers may receive access to:
Dispatch workflow systems and tracking tools
Carrier and driver intake structure
Load tracking and status organization
Administrative templates and document flow support
Communication structure and dispatch notes organization
Rate-check support tools and workflow guidance
Access is provided to support dispatch operations, not to replace the dispatcher’s responsibility for their own business.
Important Responsibilities
Dispatchers using Dirty Birds TCD systems remain independent and are responsible for:
Their own business operations
Their own carrier relationships
Collecting their own dispatch fees
Managing their own taxes, records, and agreements
Maintaining professional communication with carriers and brokers
Dirty Birds TCD does not guarantee income, carriers, or dispatch opportunities.
Access & Use Rules
Access to Dirty Birds TCD systems may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time for:
Misuse of systems or tools
Nonpayment (if applicable)
Fraud, double brokering, or unethical activity
Violations of confidentiality or non-circumvention expectations
Harassment or unprofessional conduct
Any behavior that creates legal, financial, or operational risk
All dispatchers must agree to system access terms, confidentiality expectations, and code of conduct requirements before access is approved.
